I purchased this razor for my husband who has used Norelco razors for years. They never lasted more than a couple of years and I decided to try the Braun which received good reviews from the NY Times Wirecutter column. My husband is quite elderly so the Braun took a bit of getting used to but he now is very happy with it.

Better than my older Brauns. I prefer the old way of sweeping
it out with an brush and giving it a spray lube rather than
the wet ritual.

Easy to use

Now is 10 days since i started to use this machine. So far so good. It’s almost the same as wet shaving which i can’t use anymore because of my Parkinson.

Best shaver I have ever had!!

The shave is much closer than the other brand razor I had and it is also much quicker.

It is a great electric shaver. It is a bit on the expensive side, but you get what you pay for when you buy an electric shaver that is quality made.

As the instructions say, it takes a few days for the rain 7 to learn your facial hair to make it do a better job. So I’ve used my new Braun 7 only 3 time so far, and it is becoming more adapted to my face an hair and I already can feel a closer shave. In the coming days it should be very nice and smooth. I’m already liking is, and am looking forward to really nice and fast shaves in the near future.

Best electric razor I have ever owned. Easy to use and shaves close for a smooth face. The only con is the bulkiness of the cleaner/conditioner stand.

Great shaver, terrible instructions. The instructions should be simple and in writing. Well thought out for the sake of simplicity.

I like the razor but it doesn't seem as well made as my older Braun 7 series razor. The razor cartridge is not as easy to attach and detach for cleaning. It does deliver a very good shave so that is a positive.

think the instructions using the cleaner should more informative with larger pictures. does the cleaner shut off automatiically? Why not have a case to protect the trim comb when traveling?

Works well but surprised and disappointed it didn't have a trimmer on board. Mounting system into cleaning system a little awkward. Cleaning very noisy but works well..

My husband said it works really well and he is happy with it.

Terrific razor providing a fast, close shave, as well as a very pleasant shaving experience. Unfortunately, the automated cleaning station does not work well, or as advertised.

I like my 7526 batter

I like The razor and hope it lasts longer than my other two. This big piece and this jelly stuff is confusing I don’t even know what to do with it. It looks like something from a Internet business I would never deal with.

The shaver is fine so far but without instruction it impossible to know exactly how to use it. The so called instructions are a joke. For this reason I would not recommend this product.

The shaving head cannot be removed for cleaning

Not as good as my previous series 7. 1) trimmer not attached to shaver 2). Washer does not charge shaver. 3) head no easy to remove. Last but not least - not a closer shave.
Maybe I need to go up a couple of models to get what I prefer.

You cannot operate the razor while plugged in like my current series 5. To use the trimmer you have to remove the shaving head which seems somewhat fragile. Taking that on and off everyday, I believe, will cause premature failure of the plastic components holding the shaving head in place. There where no written instructions to use the cleaning bath. Just some confusing pictures. Lastly, the shaving performance was no better than my current series 5.

My old razor is better quality. Do not have to break a fingernail to remove the head and re-place it with a sideburn trimmer.

This razor looks nice but it simply doesn't cut facial hair. I would return it and seek a more reliable brand but you have to save the packaging to return through this site, so I'm going to have to eat the cost of this awful product. Absolutely hate it.
